Every assignment commences with an assessment of your business or charity and its marketing needs. The initial consultation is always free of charge and a short report is compiled to identify the marketing action required to help meet your business objectives.
Funding may be available to support some or all of your marketing requirements and we will work with partner organisations to identify the most appropriate approach for you to secure eligible funding.
As a social enterprise ourselves, a percentage of our marketing support and advice is supplied on a free of charge basis to newly established social enterprises and charities, who otherwise could not commence their journey towards marketing success.
No two marketing assignments are the same. Every project is unique but the same attention to detail applies whether the marketing solution is straightforward or more complex. A framework is agreed with each client to chart the progress from market analysis to project completion. Timescales, costs and deliverables are agreed in advance, with nothing left to chance.
Most of the work can be completed in-house but assistance can be given in identifying specialist suppliers where required. Wherever possible, preference is given to marketing suppliers who are also social enterprises.
The objective of most marketing assignments is to deliver an agreed marketing plan with detailed marketing actions and measures. We then assist in the initial implementation of the plan to the point where the client company is happy to take over responsibility for their marketing. Alternatively, we can be retained to provide on-going marketing and PR support.
We take the mystery out of the cost of marketing. However your project is funded, all costs are clearly identified up-front, with any additional items quoted for separately. Suitable project milestones and measures are agreed in advance and reported on a monthly basis.
